I have 25 years experience in the industry and am a qualified Transport Manager. I hold an OCR Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence in International Passenger Transport Operations. In addition, I also hold a full PCV licence.
During my time in the industry, I have been a Consultant to the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK, particularly its CoachMarque quality standard scheme for a number of years. I have also "ghost written" for some well established Group Travel publications on a variety of topics and issues.
Being a qualified Transport Manager and holder of a full PCV licence, I am currently a consultant to Transport Partners Limited and also ROSCO (The Road Operators Safety Council), which promotes safe driving amongst professional drivers & operators. Last year I provided Operational Management Support on a major corporate hospitality programme at the London 2012 Olympics.
