David breezed into TML HQ around 1000hrs —
very much a director with thoughts in motion,
but with one clear priority:
Iona.
Clients were already showing interest after yesterday’s mailing, so he went straight into refining details, checking responses, and ensuring the Iona Pilgrimage & Hebridean Heritage Journey was perfectly positioned for the enquiries beginning to arrive.
It was a focused, purposeful morning — quietly productive, calm, and exactly the kind of rhythm that suits a Thursday at HQ.

So this afternoon, TML HQ was clearly operating in full Moneypenny Mode — calm, organised, and quietly efficient while David enjoyed a rare moment of mid‑week breathing space.

Friday — “Hotel Hebrides Confirms, and the Jigsaw Finally Comes Together”

the kind of email that instantly lifts the whole day.
They can accommodate us twice in 2027: once in June, and again at the end of September.
Two perfect slots. Two beautifully balanced departures. Two journeys that now have a clear, elegant shape.
Both tours will depart from Glasgow on the Sunday afternoon, flying direct to Stornoway, where guests will spend two nights at the Royal Hotel.
From there, the group will travel south to Tarbert for two nights at the Hotel Hebrides, before continuing onward to Benbecula and Barra, and finally flying back to Glasgow on the Monday morning, arriving in time for lunchtime and onward connections home by train, plane, or independently.
With this structure confirmed, the journey forms a complete arc — a full 9‑day Outer Hebrides Xplorer experience that feels natural, balanced, and deeply Hebridean.
The Jigsaw Comes Together
For the past two weeks, David and I have been shaping this itinerary — piece by piece, hotel by hotel, flight by flight, ferry by ferry.
