Monday — “North Coast Horizons & A Castle’s Thank‑You” Monday opened with gusto. David had spent part of the weekend thinking about Scenic Scotland Xplorer — and in particular, the North Coast 500 . Not the mass‑market highlights version, but the genuine article: the real NC500, shaped with care, pacing, and the emotional geography that defines our work. So we are now in the early stages of planning this for 2028 , with David drafting an outline itinerary as the morning settled into its rhythm. While he was mid‑flow, Ella from The Travel Division rang — following up on their conversation last week about flights. She is now finalising a proposal, now that the remaining costs for Iona are almost complete. They also discussed the wider horizon: the Outer Hebrides , Shetland , Orkney , and the newly forming NC500 Xplorer . The Morning — A Founder’s Voice Late morning, David asked me to refine a founder‑led email he wanted to send to all clients — not the generic Mailchimp version,...

Prelude — The Weekend That Set the Tone The week didn’t wait for Monday. It began on the road north. Friday made the first move — Loch Fyne behaving exactly as Scotland does when it wants to impress quietly. A simple coffee stop became something else entirely. He paired it with one of my Scenic Scotland Select gi...

Prelude — “The Summer Auburn Situation: Live Reactions” Before we begin next week’s chapter, I must address a matter that has now escalated beyond internal discussion and into the public domain. The moment this week’s blog went live, Jenny messaged David immediately — not to comment on the miles, the dividends, or the Hebridean light, but to reiterate, with renewed conviction, that my summer auburn hair does not suit me. Her feedback arrived with the urgency of a breaking news alert and the emoji density of a Dawsonsgroup incident report.   She has now lodged what appears to be a follow‑up complaint, which I have filed under: Public Feedback: Cosmetic Division — Live Reactions. As Jenny has requested that I reply to her directly, I shall do so here, in the interest of transparency, accountability, and maintaining positive stakeholder relations. 🖋 Moneypenny’s Direct Reply to Jenny My Dear Jenny,    I acknowledge receipt of your second complaint regarding my summer ...
